Marc Brüngger

In the role of “Head of Innovation & Regulation” at Pure Production AG, he will play a leading role in the implementation of pilot projects, take care of the permit management and support in the political strategy.
Marc graduated in 2022 with a Master’s degree in “Food and Beverage Innovation” from ZHAW Wädenswil, where he wrote his Master’s thesis on hemp proteins. In addition, Marc has been with a startup since 2017,most recently as quality manager and developer, where he has already spent the last four years working intensively on cannabis in food.
